Mayor Wes Gatchalian marked a milestone in his commitment to public service with the inauguration of the 27th 3S Center (Shared Service Center) in Barangay Palasan on Dec. 20, 2023. This two-story facility, spanning 3,732 square meters, stands as a symbol of the city’s dedication to improving the lives of its residents.
The 3S Center in Brgy. Palasan is conveniently designed to bring key government services directly to the Valenzuela families living in the area. It houses a multitude of facilities under one roof, including a barangay office, mega health center, daycare center, alternative learning system (ALS) center, e-library, public pharmacy, multi-purpose hall, tanod outpost, and Sangguniang Kabataan office.
This one-stop shop aims to simplify and streamline access to essential services, from healthcare and education to community engagement and youth development. The 3S Center’s central location within Brgy. Palasan further reduces travel time and inconvenience for residents, contributing to a more efficient and responsive government.
Gatchalian’s vision for the 3S Center network is to empower Valenzuela residents by bringing necessary services within their reach. With the opening of this facility, residents of Brgy. Palasan can now easily access crucial resources and receive support from various government agencies in a comfortable and convenient setting.
