Operatives from the Davao Police Regional Office confiscated P3.2 million worth of shabu from two suspects at the Purok 2, Barangay Lacson, Calinan, Davao City.
In a statement on Monday, PRO 11 Director Brig. Gen. Leon Victor Rosete said the two suspects, identified as “Ron-Ron” and “Je-Je,” were intercepted around 12:20 p.m. Sunday while traveling in a white Nissan Navara with plate number JAS 8041.
During a plain view inspection, authorities discovered a large white cellophane containing five transparent plastic bags of suspected shabu on the passenger seat floor, along with P10,000 in cash.
The arrested suspects are now under the custody of Calinan Police Station of the Davao City Police Office for proper documentation and the filing of appropriate charges.
