Lucio Tan Group’s real estate developer Eton Properties Philippines Inc. (EPPI) recently bared plans to build another integrated township development in Central Visayas and expand its community components at Eton City in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Newly-appointed Eton Properties’ president and chief executive officer Kyle Tan, said the company’s plan to expand its core businesses is a strategic move that will help drive the company’s growth for the next five to 10 years.
The 35-hectare property located in Lapu-Lapu City in Mactan Island, Cebu, will feature a 600-meter beachfront, beautiful sandy beach cover, and an internal lagoon area. The 641-hectare Eton City is envisioned to be the most exciting business tourism and residential district in the South of Metro Manila.
The township has its own commercial and retail district, Eton City Square, with four residential villages, such as TierraBela, West Wing Residences, South Lake Village, and RiverBend. Eton Properties is the real estate brand of the Lucio Tan Group.
