Love is in the cool breeze of February as SM City Bacoor celebrates Valentine’s Day with life-sized, super cuddly polar bear Paulie with his Eskimo friend. Shoppers were surprised as the duo handed out Valentines card with sweet notes to couples and women around the mall.
