Christmas inflation is about to hit consumers this holiday season as the selling price for roasted pigs, popularly known as ‘lechon,’ will increase by 100 percent, according to vendors in La Loma, Quezon City.
La Loma, which earned the reputation as the “Lechon Capital of the Philippines,” is currently marketing the famous pork dish at P6,000 to P7,000.
