The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Central Office and National Capital Region deliver essential aid to typhoon-affected employees and communities in Apayao province as part of the 2024 donation drive led by Secretary Manuel Bonoan. Assistant secretary for support services Michael Villafranca spearheaded the ceremonial turnover of donations on Dec. 13, 2024 at the DPWH Apayao 2nd District Engineering Office in Luna, Apayao.
