Manila Electric Co. (Meralco), the country’s largest distribution utility, signs a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Korea Electric Power Corp. (KEPCO) and its Knowledge Data Network (KDN) to advance the use of smart metering technologies to empower consumers and enhance grid reliability.
