International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) director-general Kurt Edwards (center) visits the INAEC Aviation Corp. (INAEC) facility in Pasay City on Oct. 18, 2024. IBAC, a non-profit international trade association with an observer status in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), represents the interests of business aviation worldwide. INAEC is the only Filipino air operator with a Stage 3 ISBAO certification, the highest given to operators whose safety management activities are fully integrated into their business operations.
