National Privacy Commission chairman John Henry Naga (left) and Aboitiz Data Innovation chief executive David Hardoon sign a memorandum of agreement on their collaboration for the development and adoption of Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) in the Philippines. PETs minimize personal data use and maximize data security amid the flow and exchange between organizations. The regulatory sandbox, powered by ADI’s secure data exchange platform Parlay, will provide a controlled environment for the NPC to test innovative privacy solutions.
