The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Philippine Exporters Confederation Inc. (PHILEXPORT) seal a cooperation to promote the use of free trade agreements (FTA) and capacitate exporters, especially the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to use the same for increased market access, higher export value added and more quality jobs.
