Lawyer Eliezer Ambatali (right), the lead representative of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) legal service attends the preliminary investigation of a fraud case involving fake civil registry documents at the Manila City Hall. This is part of the PSA’s campaign against the proliferation of fake civil registry documents in cooperation with the Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group.
