With heartfelt gestures, Rep, Mitch Cajayon Uy (Caloocan City 2nd Dist.) and Tingog party-list Rep. Jude Acidre (third and fourth from right, respectively) launch the Alagang Tingog Center designed to extend medical and educational assistance to needy residents of Caloocan. Cajayon Uy earlier distributed one-stop shop assistance desks to 21 barangays in her legislative district.
