Water bill discount

West zone concessionaire Maynilad Water Services Inc. announces the launch of the Enhanced Lifeline Program (ELP) that will give a higher discount on the water bills of qualified low-income and low-consuming residential customers. Effective Jan. 1, 2024, regular lifeline customers who are also marginalized such as beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program or customers living below the poverty line, as determined by the Department of Social Welfare and Development, can apply and qualify for higher discounts.
