Actress Bea Alonzo on Thursday filed three separate criminal cases for cyberlibel against showbiz columnists and online hosts Ogie Diaz and Cristy Fermin.
Diaz and Fermin’s respective co-hosts as well as an online basher were likewise included in the cases.
In her complaint-affidavit filed before the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office, Alonzo said she was a victim of false, malicious and damaging information from an online basher who pretended to be close to her, which was published and discussed on Diaz and Fermin’s online shows.
Alonzo said the showbiz duo insulted her in their columns and shows, even accusing her of not paying the correct tax.
The actress was accompanied by her lawyer Joey Garcia and manager Shirley Kuan.
