Car-free for a cause

San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora lead a group of bikers composed of city officials and employees and bike patrollers from the Philippine National Police in launching the “Bisikleta Para sa Bakuna” to encourage more people to get inoculated with COVID-19 vaccines.
