Tittos Latin BBQ and Brew began in 2016 as a passion project of friends with a common love for drinking and having a good time.
Eight years later, members of the all-male team have become full-fledged “titos” themselves, and their two-branch restaurant has matured with a well-curated menu.
“We were all just passionate friends who wanted to have a space to drink and celebrate and have fun. We started in Kapitolyo and then opened our Greenhills branch in mid-2019,” said Winslow Co, marketing director of Eat Up MNL Inc.
“Our two branches are testament to the perseverance and unwavering commitment of our team, and our love for good food and great company,” he added.
Tittos is marking its 8th anniversary with three new festive menu items: the Peruvian Stuffed Chicken Wings, the Colombian Roasted Pork Belly, the Street Taco Sampler, and the Bibingka Cheesecake.
The roasted chicken wings are glazed with soy lime and stuffed with meat, vegetables, and Latin spices.
The oven-roasted pork belly with crispy skin, grilled corn, and mixed greens with raspberry vinaigrette is served with three side sauces: sweet chili garlic bits, cilantro chimichurri sauce, and salsa verde.
The taco sampler offers beef barbacoa, beef birria, lengua, sisig, pork carnitas, pesto chicken, salted egg shrimp, and baja fish taco and served with spicy salsas on the side.
And for dessert, the Bibingka Cheesecake is an ice cream cake with salted egg wrapped in banana leaf.
“Ours is a Latin American inspired restaurant. We transform Latin American food and make them more appealing and appetizing for Pinoys,” said Tittos Executive Chef Jerwyn Rabo.
“Servings are mostly for sharing because the idea is really for a fiesta-like get-together, but we also have solo portions,” Rabo added,
In addition to the Christmas specials, Tittos Latin BBQ and Brew offers its popular Daily Deals promotion where customers can enjoy a 20 percent discount on selected dishes as well as Happy Hour deals from Sundays to Thursdays.
