Tipsy Pig goes to Quezon City

Tipsy Pig, the modern gastropub that combines nice gastronomic experience and awesome party ambiance, has opened a branch along Timog Ave. in Quezon City

Tipsy Pig goes to Quezon City

The third Tipsy Pig branch, after the ones in Pasig City and Bonifacio Global City, brings the favorite Tipsy dishes to the northern part of Metro Manila.

Led by executive chef Rainier Barbers and executive sous chef Jared Sto. Tomas, Tipsy Pig is known for its signature brews, extensive drink selection, and good food.

As the name suggests, Tipsy Pig is a combination of playful humor, great tasting food, and cool environment all rolled into one place.

Barbers, who graduated from Enderun Colleges with a Bachelors degree in International Hotel Management Major in Culinary Arts, is a holder of Alain Ducasse Formation Certificate.  Before leading the Tipsy Pig team, Barbers had worked in Paris, France.

Sto. Tomas, who also studied at Enderun Colleges and is a holder of Alain Ducasse certificate, worked in Nevada and Dubai prior to Tipsy Pig.

The Timog branch doesn’t stray too far from the two branches, according to the chefs. The newest Tipsy Pig gives the same awesome gastronomic experience coupled with an awesome party ambiance but on a whole new level.

From the setting to the servings, the place has a forward-looking concept that speaks of trendiness.

Driven by the two things that people love to do – eat and drink, that’s where and how the Tipsy Pig experience comes into a full circle. The place being a well-established venue, continues to live up to its name, as it gives guests more exciting options to dine out and/or drink while enjoying the cool and casual ambiance.

Tipsy Pig sums up what diners are looking for, elevating the overall dining experience for all its patrons and providing something special that customers will love at the modern gastropub.

For the newest branch, the owners decided to take it to the next level and cater to the ever-changing times.  The addition of interesting, eye-catching accents to their interiors and the innovated designs in line with what’s hip, suit the diner’s discerning taste when it comes to the place’s look—Instagram worthy.

Tipsy Pig serves the best fusion twists of Western, European and Filipino comfort food, plus a lot of additions to the menu soon. High quality and relatively reasonable, every dish is considered as the main highlight of each visit.

The place also offers an array of imported and local below zero draft and flavored beers and enticing signature cocktails.
