It is the fifth Changan dealership to open in the Visayas and Mindanao areas, and the fourth Changan dealership from the company’s successful partnership with Global Star Motors Corp. (GSMC) to open in 2024.
The inauguration coincided with the automaker’s first successful year of operations.

This new dealership enables Changan to provide mobility to Dumagueteños and its neighboring towns, now that its diverse and growing 7-vehicle lineup, inclusive of the brand’s best-selling CS SUV line – the CS35, CS55, and CS15 are all made even more accessible to the consumers of Central Visayas.
The 220-square meter Changan dealership showroom, located in National Road, Sibulan, Dumaguete City is a product of Inchcape Philippines’ successful partnership with Global Star Motors Corporation, a premier dealer network organization in Cebu City, dedicated to bringing the best automotive brands to their local provincial market.
