GoTyme tops customer experience

GoTyme Bank topped customer experience ranking in two separate independent studies by Forrester and the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). This was celebrated by the company during their “Beautiful Banking” event on Thursday.

GoTyme Bank ranked number 1 by achieving a net promoter score (NPS) of 76, a 15-point lead over the nearest competitor in a study by Forrester in May 2024. A study of EDB also showed the bank receiving the top NPS position among all banks and electronic wallets on the customer experience (CX) rating with an overall score of 78.

Gotyme Bank, a collaboration of Tyme Group and the Gokongwei Group, reached its first one million customers nine months after its launch.

The growth continued in 2024 with the bank adding 1.7 million customers in the first half. It plans to further strengthen their position in the Philippines, with a major focus on making banking products and processes more convenient.
