Clients can now get banking support anytime and anywhere in the Philippines through BDO Unibank’s new 24/7 hotline number: (+632) 8888-0000.
Using their PLDT or Globe landline, they can call the Domestic Toll Free number #8888-0000. Meanwhile, clients in other countries can dial (International Area Code) +800-8-CALLBDO (2255-236).
Clients can use the new hotline’s self-service features to make simple bank transactions. In addition to checking their bank account and credit card balances, they can now check their recent and unbilled transactions. Clients can also check the balances of their credit card points, cash cards, and loans. They can also use the hotline to lock their debit or credit card.
BDO clients can still choose to speak to a customer service officer with the knowledge and expertise to assist them with their more complex banking needs.
“We updated our hotline number to make it easy to remember for our clients. Now that we have self-service features, client callers will be more empowered, enjoy less wait time, and get faster assistance from us,” the Bank said.
BDO’s hotline, (+632) 8631-8000, will remain active until October 31, 2024. Calls to this hotline will automatically be routed to (+632) 8888-0000.
