Real estate developer Bria Homes has been pushing for sustainable lifestyles in its fifty-plus communities nationwide, and more recently in Davao, where it is building three communities: Bria Homes Tagum, Bria Homes Panabo, and Bria Homes Digos.

The developments are secured by 24-hour CCTV coverage, guardhouses, and perimeter walls. Recreational facilities include basketball courts, jogging paths, and kiddie playgrounds.
Solar-powered streetlights have been installed to reduce the development’s carbon footprint. According to Rosales, solar lights source their energy from the sun, allowing them to save on power and maintenance costs while lighting up the streets from dusk until dawn. “Because of these, residents feel safe to navigate our premises at night,” he pointed out.
Another sustainable initiative in the developments is Sentro, the center of convergence for Bria homeowners. Sentro houses Bria’s amenities, which include a health center, day care center, senior citizen center, and barangay center.
