Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar leads the ceremonial inauguration of the Urdaneta Bypass Road Project on Monday. Villar said the road’s completion is seen to address the traffic bottleneck during peak hours along Manila North Road in Urdaneta City and establish an improved national road system in the Province of Pangasinan.
