AllHome Corp., the Villar Group's chain of one-stop shops for home needs, expanded its footprint in Luzon with the opening of two stores.
AllHome said Monday it opened a store in Santiago, Isabela and another at Evia Lifestyle Center in Las Pinas City.
The opening of two new outlets boosted AllHome’s store network to 47. For the remainder of the year, the group plans to open two more stores to bring the total to 49 by end-2020.
“We are optimistic in the performance of our provincial stores especially with our most recent opening in Santiago City, Isabela. For the rest of 2020, we have identified at least 2 more stores to open, ending 2020 with 49 stores, at the least,” AllHome president Benjamarie Therese Serrano said.
“We have a solid pipeline of new stores around the country and with the help of our affiliates under the Villar Group, we foresee that we can fast-track the completion of these new stores in 2020,” she said.
Serrano said the company was initially planning to defer the opening of new stores this year to 2021 because of the construction delays and economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
She said that because of the positive trend in sales following the easing of quarantine restrictions, the group opted to push through with the opening of four stores this year.
AllHome has 37 stores in Mega Manila, 5 in Luzon outside Mega Manila and 5 in the Visayas and Mindanao.
AllHome chairman Manuel Villar said the new AllHome stores would be built closer to residential communities as more consumers deemed it a priority to lessen movement and shop closer to home.
AllHome is offering seven product categories, namely construction materials, hardware, tiles and sanitary wares, furniture, appliances, homewares and linens. This strategy enables the group to provide the market a complete offering of home improvement and construction solutions.
