Lining up

Despite the bad weather, hundreds of individuals spent the night inside their vehicles and under tents as they queued for the free COVID-19 drive-thru testing at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila before dawn Friday. Some started lining up as early as 7:30 p.m. on Thursday even though the testing started at 8 a.m. yesterday. As of July 23, 2020, the Manila Health Department reported a total of 4,132 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the city.
