Marcelino previously served as the League’s vice president and treasurer. She is currently on her third term as barangay captain of Ususan, having won two consecutive elections unopposed.

Dubbed the “Wonder Kap,” Marcelino has received numerous accolades for initiatives such as Ususan’s barangay-run food bank, secondary blood chemistry lab, and modern emergency response services. As ABC president, she pledged to bring her grassroots-driven approach to the city council and help advance Taguig’s development goals.
