Standard Insurance Co., Inc. – Technical and Training Center (SICI-TTC) signs a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with TEDSA Region IV-A on March 15 to revitalize the TESDA curriculum in response to industry demands and empower the residents of Cavite. Attending the event are TESDA officials, including regional director Baron Jose Lagran, provincial director Rosalinda Talavera, administration officer Emily Amparo and training center administrator Ramir Montoya.
