Migrant tragedy

A body tag is placed on the wrist of a man recovered from the Rio Grande river in Eagle Pass, Texas. The Eagle Pass Fire Department has seen an increase in calls for assistance from Border Patrol as the number of migrants crossing has steadily gone up in the area.
