Azuela Cove, Ayala Land’s waterside development in Davao City, recently opened the Seaside Promenade and Azuela High Street, a picturesque coastal park that exemplifies Azuela Cove’s bid to establish a sustainable community in the area.
Azuela Cove is set to become Davao region’s key destination by the sea, combining leisure, fluidity, and convenience within a bustling community.
The estate features The Residences at Azuela Cove, The Shops, the Seaside Promenade and soon, Azuela High Street, all connected through a well-designed pedestrian and open space network with views of the Davao Gulf. Azuela Cove is located in Lanang, Davao City, with easy access to main roads such as R. Castillo Street and JP Laurel Avenue. Within Azuela High Street (AHS), visitors can explore a variety of new shops and dining concepts. Four of these establishments, namely ‘Pilgrim,’ ‘Mindanao Butchers,’ ‘Clean Café,’ and ‘Spirale,’ have been recognized in Tatler’s Guide.
