Property giant Megaworld recently started construction on the four-story No. 5 Upper East Avenue, the company’s second office development inside its 34-hectare The Upper East township in Bacolod City. Rising along Upper East Avenue, the state-of-the-art and LEED-certified office development will offer close to 9,000 square meters of office space, particularly for the information technology and business process outsourcing (IT-BPO) sector. Leading the ceremonial groundbreaking for No. 5 Upper East Avenue was Roland J. Tiongson, first vice president, Megaworld Premier Offices (center). He was joined by (from left t right) : Engr.
