PHINMA Corp., a Filipino conglomerate with businesses in education, construction materials, property development and hospitality, welcomes (from left) top executives Ramon del Rosario Jr., Oscar Hilado and Dr. Chito Salazar. Hilado, who has led PHINMA as chairman of the board since 2003, stepped down and will stay as chairman emeritus, while del Rosario, previously the president and CEO, is now the chairman and chief executive. Salazar will serve as president, chief operating officer and head of education.
