DPWH puts up 4 multi-purpose halls in Isabela

Santiago City—The Department of Public Works and Highways-Isabela Fourth District Engineering Office is constructing four multi-purpose halls in different towns within its jurisdiction,  District Engineer Edmund B. de Luna reported.

“Each multi-purpose building can house about 500 people during events. This is contributory in realizing social development among the residents of the recipient barangays. Also, outreach programs and medical missions may also be conducted here, thus bringing the government services closer to the people,” De Luna emphasized.
