Filipino-Chinese businessman Kenneth Dong, who is suspected of being involved in the smuggling of 6.4 billion worth of shabu into the country in 2017, attends his arraignment for the case at the Manila RTC branch 46 on Monday. Dong was tagged by custom fixer Mark Taguba as the middleman that transported the shabu shipment to a warehouse in Valenzuela City.
