FFCCCII inks MOA with ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation to build 5 barrio schools. Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Inc. president Domingo Yap and Marcel Rinon, deputy director of ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation’s Operation SAGIP, recently signed a memorandum of agreement for FFCCCII’s donation of five units of two-classroom public school buildings in economically-disadvantaged rural areas to be recommended by the foundation. The MoA signing was witnessed by FFCCCII executive vice president Henry Lim Bon Liong, vice president Mary Go Ng, Welfare Committee chairman Bonifacio Lui, External Affairs Committee chairman Nelson Guevarra, Media Committee chairman Wilson Lee Flores, Welfare Committee co-chairman Robert Kho Tian Ang, assistant to secretary general Reynard Hing, ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation Chief of Staff Josine Reyes and chief financial officer Angelita Lara. ‘Operation: Barrio Schools’ is a flagship program of FFCCCII which has donated more than 5,500 school buildings nationwide since 1961.
