Weather forecaster Loriedin dela Cruz points the location in the Philippine Area of Responsibility of Tropical Storm ‘Florita’ east of Batanes’ provincial capital of Basco with maximum winds of 65 kph from the 45 km/h and gustiness of up to 80 km/h, warning the tropical storm will enhance the southwest monsoon which will bring in rains to Northern Luzon.
