Department of Education launched the 2018 Brigada Eskwela nationwide with the theme ‘Pagkakaisa Para sa Handa, Ligtas at Matatag na Paaralan Tungo sa Magandang Kinabukasan.’ The DepEd said other NGO’s and members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines are welcome to join the said event.
