Claiming his throne tomorrow on GMA is Nam Joo Hyuk as Habaek the Water God who seeks a magical stone that can help him with his endeavors to become king.
As he sets foot on Earth, he meets Lara (Shin Se Kyung), the woman he believes to be his rightful servant. Lara is an aquaphobic neuropsychiatrist who does not believe in anything mythological or supernatural, and thinks she is being harassed by a lunatic when Habaek claimed himself to be her master. She initially hesitates to help him, but finds logic in his claims as they get to know each other more.
Joining the cast are Lim Ju Hwan as Henry, a disguised CEO in the mortal world and Habaek’s main rival in terms of love and the throne; Gong Myung as Biryeom/Charlie, Lara’s college classmate who turns out to be a Sky God; and Krystal Jung as Moora/Ciara, a Water Goddess who has become a celebrity after living on Earth for long, and is recognized as a national goddess and harbors one-sided feelings for Habaek.
How will each of their paths cross and what struggles would Habaek face in finding the stones? Will Lara find the heart to accept a god that gets his power from the one thing she’s scared of?
