Members of a composite team from the Quezon City Department of Public Order and Safety, Environmental Protection and Waste Management Department and the Market Development and Administration conduct clearing and towing operations along Maginoo Street in Barangay Pinyahan and Arayat Street in Cubao. A total of five cars, four motorcycles and several illegally constructed vending stalls that were obstructing traffic were taken out during the operation.
