Several criminal complaints are set to be filed against Maasim, Sarangani Mayor Aniceto Lopez Jr. on Monday afternoon.
The Philippine National Police (PNP) is set to submit to government prosecutors charges relating to drugs and possession of firearms and explosives, among others.

Last Saturday, drug test conducted on Lopez yielded a negative result.
He is currently detained at the jail cell of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in General Santos City.
Lopez surrendered to Senator Manny Pacquiao last Friday afternoon.
This was following an anti-drug raid in his home.
Lopez is denying the charges being hurled against him.
