The Senate Blue Ribbon Committee has resumed its investigation into the P 6.4-billion worth of shabu that was smuggled from China.
The shipment passed through the green lane of the Bureau of Customs (BOC) last May.

Senate Committee Chairman Richard Gordon first put on the witness stand Customs Broker Mark Taguba during Tuesday's hearing.
Taguba identified a certain Jojo Bacud his contact at the BOC.
Bacud was supposedly assigned at BOC's Special Studies and Project Development Committee.
Bacud would allegedly receive P 5,000 worth of grease money per container released.
In exchange for the money, Bacud would not raise an alert on a particular shipment.
