Palafox Associates is planning to expand an existing resort previously used for team-building activities in Laurel, Batangas, into a mixed use development that will include condotels and townhouses. Aside from recreation, home offices with a view of Taal volcano and mountains surrounding the area, will be built, as well as a proposed chapel, nature walk and commercial areas. The master plan integrates the development into an interconnected walkable and bike-able community.
