THE Ombudsman indicted a Zamboanga deputy city prosecutor Roselyn Murillo Mamon for violating the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act along with private lawyer Pherham Saiddi.
The complainant, PO3 Flavio Enriquez Jr., said on July 22, 2013, Mamon called him up and offered P250,000 to P300,000 in exchange for not implicating one Dadol Mansul and PO1 Phon Mohammad in a frustrated murder suit filed before her office.

Enriquez claimed Saiddi, lawyer of Mansul and Mohammad, asked “complainant how much he wanted to receive in exchange for not implicating his clients” but he reported the incident to his superiors and an entrapment operation was prepared.
