Before the launch of the much-anticipated reimagining of Philippine TV’s phenomenal series Marimar, Davaoeños have the chance to meet its lead stars in the flesh as Miss World 2013 Megan Young and one of GMA’s most handsome actors Tom Rodriguez are in the city’s Kadayawan Festival.
Marimar herself and love interest Sergio, played by Megan and Tom, chose Davao as their first stop in the regional promotion of the series for a chance to meet and bond with their supporters. Today, Megan and Tom charm their way to the hearts of the Davaoeños in a Kapuso mall show, 4 p.m. at The Annex Event Center of SM City Davao (Ecoland).
Meanwhile, at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Rhian Ramos and Mike Tan, stars of the recently concluded The Rich Man’s Daughter together with My Faithful Husband’s Mikael Daez will be at the Activity Center of Abreeza Mall.

At the Atrium of the Gaisano Mall of Davao at 4 p.m. also on Sunday, stars of Buena Familia – Kylie Padilla, Martin del Rosario, and Julian Trono will be there. Musical numbers, fun games, and surprises from the Kapuso stars await the mall’s regular clients.
