In an effort to highlight its technology and engineering philosophy known as Jinba Ittai which literally translates to horse-and rider-as-one, Bermaz Auto PH, distributors of the Mazda brand in the country recently held a public test drive at the open parking lot of the Uptown Mall at the Bonifacio Global City .
The four-day event provided access to the public, as Mazda presented its fleet of SKYACTIV models. Participants test drove the cars in a controlled environment and had a crash course in defensive driving which was prepared by Japan trained Jinba Ittai driving instructors and veteran rally drivers led by 10-time Philippine Rally Champion Vip Isada.

Customers were also entitled to promotions exclusive to the event, all of which were guaranteed to make purchasing a Mazda vehicle easier and more rewarding. On-site special deals were also available to those who made reservations during the four-day event.
Jinba Ittai Academy visitors were treated to a mini car show as various car clubs led by Mazdatech Philippines showcased their rides during the Mazda Revolution Car Show. A total of 70 various Mazda models spanning different generations from the Mazda2ners, Mazda3 SKYACTIV, CX-5 Club Pilipinas, Club Mazda Philippines and the Miata Club Philippines, were lined up along the Uptown Parade walkway providing spectators a one-of-a-kind overview of the rich heritage of the Mazda brand.
