Ford Philippines steps their game up once again by officially launching the new Ranger Raptor 3.0L V6 performance pickup at the opening day of the 9th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS), running until October 27, 2024, at the World Trade Center, Pasay City.
At the heart of the Ranger Raptor is a 3.0L V6 Twin-Turbo EcoBoost engine that produces an impressive 397 PS and 583 Nm of torque. Paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission, this powerhouse promises exhilarating performance on and off-road. The truck features a class-exclusive electronically-controlled active exhaust system, offering sound profiles that range from Quiet to Baja mode for those who crave adventure.
Built for rugged terrains, the Ranger Raptor features a sophisticated suspension system with FOX 2.5-inch Live Valve internal bypass shock absorbers. This enhancement allows the vehicle to adapt dynamically to various driving conditions, ensuring maximum control and comfort whether on the highway or traversing rocky landscapes.
The advanced permanent four-wheel drive system, combined with a new electronically controlled two-speed transfer case and locking differentials, provides the versatility needed for challenging terrains. With seven selectable drive modes, including a specialized Baja mode, off-road enthusiasts can easily tackle everything from mud to sand.
The Ranger Raptor 3.0L V6 will be available in a limited run of just 300 units, starting at P2,739,000. Each purchase includes a 5-year warranty, ensuring peace of mind for buyers. Interested customers can experience the Ranger Raptor first-hand at PIMS, where it will be showcased alongside other Ford models like the Territory, Everest, Explorer, Mustang, and Bronco.
Ford is rolling out exclusive deals during the motor show, including a P400,000 cash discount on the Ford Explorer. Customers who test drive a Ford vehicle can earn a P5,000 discount, while those who reserve on the spot will receive P10,000 off their purchase and an opportunity to participate in the Pick-a-Prize promotion, with prizes including cash discounts and accessories.
