PLDT HOME unveils new TVolution Stick by Intel

Not just an entertainment pack, it’s a computer on a stick!

Now, PLDT lets its subscribers transform any home monitor or ordinary HDMI-ready TV set into afully operational computer. Through its latest innovation, the new TVolution Stick, created in collaboration with multinational technology company Intel.

Based on the Intel Compute Stick, the tiny device that’s no bigger than a dongle, is driven by a powerful quad-core Intel® Atom™ processor and Intel® HD Graphics for smooth performance and amazingly vivid picture quality.  With 32 GB storage, 2 GB memory, a USB 2.0 port and a Micro SD card slot andrunning on Windows OS 8.1, it lets users stream movies and videos, search the web, send and receive emails and do other activities that normally done on bulkier and more expensive computers. 

And it’s easy to use: simply plug the TVolution Stick into the TV’s HDMI port to activate the computer on screen. Charging is easy as well, via DC wall charger or powerbank.
