Apeiron Solutions Pte. Ltd. and subsidiaries (Apeiron), the next generation professional services firm with offices in Singapore and the Philippines, has announced supercharging of its governance and management with the admission of Joscel Delos Cielos as its Board Chair and Chief Business Officer.

Joscel is most recently the chief for the finance, legal, and human resources of etaily, with a leading role in bringing the business to US$100M+ annual recurring revenue (ARR), and raising US$20M+. His stint at the e-commerce enterprise also covers the relevant period covered by the 2025 FT ranking for high-growth companies in Asia-Pacific, where etaily was ranked first in the Philippines and third in the entire Asia-Pacific, with an absolute growth rate of 13,086%. He also previously held the finance head position at Luxclusif, a b2b platform for circular economy which successfully exited through acquisition by Farfetch.

“Having been in the management side for most of my career, I have witnessed the gap in the market, where huge professional services firms are too slow to act to the needs of businesses, while boutique firms lack the forward-looking expertise that creates relevant value for businesses. This is where Apeiron comes in and unlock the full potential of enterprises to build a positive future,” he said.

Since its founding, Apeiron has realized more than 200% CAGR, achieving more than US$1M in ARR and serving more than 30 clients as of the end of 2024. The company has strengthened its status as the preferred professional services provider by strategically partnering with the funds and venture builders, and some of their portfolio companies to accelerate value creation. The company’s offerings empower businesses to thrive in the digital market, with a strong focus on strategy, fund-raising, and compliance.

Anna Melissa “Iya” Mendoza, Chief Executive Officer of Apeiron, noted that the addition of Joscel to the team accelerates value creation capabilities of the business.

“I met Joscel 10 years ago at SGV. We were in the same cluster and had audited the same accounts for some time. His commitment to excellence deeply resonates with what we are doing at Apeiron and I am happy to work with him again in building a Southeast Asia platform that provides end-to-end professional services to enterprises wanting to enter and grow in the region,” she said.

Apeiron aims for two to three times growth in 2025 and looks at the expansionary economy of Southeast Asian countries as a pillar for its scale in the next three to five years.
