InLife inks partnership with YHEST to construct its largest building in Mindanao

Insular Life(InLife) recently signed an agreement with YHEST Realty and Development Corporation (YHEST) for the purchase of a prime lot in the Davao Global Township (DGT) and the sale of InLife’s Davao Building. InLife plans to construct its largest building in Mindanao within the DGT.

DGT is being developed by leading developer in VisMin Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) through YHEST in Matina, Davao City. YHEST is a joint venture between CLI and the Villa-Abrille clan. InLife’s acquisition of a prime property lot in DGT will enable it to maximize its plans to further scale its operations in Davao City as it is poised to develop its largest building in Mindanao on the site.
