Danielle of K-pop sensation girl group NewJeans is stepping into the world of fashion as she was announced on Friday, March 22, as the newest global ambassador for the renowned French brand Celine.
In a post shared by Celine on its social media, the luxury brand welcomed the Korean idol as its newest face.
“Celine is pleased to announce that Danielle from NewJeans will represent the house as global ambassador,” the post read.
The caption was attached with a black and white photo of Danielle rocking a head-to-toe Celine look—a cropped logo tee, jeans, and a classic black jacket.
Danielle is joining fellow K-pop superstars, Lisa of BLACKPINK and V of BTS, and Korean actor Park Bogum as representatives for Celine.
With Danielle sealing the partnership, each NewJeans member is now a brand ambassador for global luxury fashion brands with Hyein taking over Louis Vuitton while Gucci tapped Hanni as its ambassador. Minji, on the other hand, is with Chanel and Haerin for Dior.
