Avalon Oath Retail Business Inc.’s Aniporium located in Makati celebrated its grand opening on May 27, 2022—signifying the beginning of a fun, unique anime experience and a taste of otaku heaven for customers in the Philippines.
The anime-filled journey starts at their café which is open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. every Tuesday to Sunday where you can get your fill of their bread menu which ranges from ₱65 to ₱110 or try out any of their drinks from ₱50 to ₱160.
The in-house café, which was launched on the store’s anniversary on May 27, 2023, is decorated with cute backdrops that will make you want to take a photo or two. The store’s second-floor extension—where you can now find scale figures and card games on—also opened on the same day.
The fun doesn’t end there though.
The store boasts of its massive collection of high quality and original figures and merchandise such as acrylic stands, can badges, desk pads, plushies, wall scrolls, etc. that all anime fans will surely want to check out.
For Polyanna Villarin, who has been an avid fan of anime and manga for more than a decade, the store’s kind staff was an added bonus to Aniporium’s charm.
“The staff are kind and answered queries well, which made me spend more,” Villarin said.
And if you’re looking for the perfect purchase to commemorate your visit, take home a gacha prize for as low as ₱200.
“Went for the coffee and the vibes, went home with lots of gacha,” she said.
