Meralco recently commissioned the new Vermosa South 115 kV – 34.5 kV Substation located near Daang Hari Road in Imus, Cavite.
This aims to relieve the neighboring Imus power transformer bank 2 and cater to the growing demand in the area as well as large-load customers such as SM City Molino, The District Dasmariñas, Ayala Vermosa Sports Hub, and Westfield Subdivision.
The project includes the construction of a new 5-km 115-kV sub-transmission line running along Daang-Hari Road which cuts into the existing Dasmariñas-Abubot-SMC-Imus Line.
